The 'Canteen' module allows boarders to add / cancel order and choose menu in their EduPage account or in the mobile application.
You can find The 'Canteen' module in the left menu, section 'Communication' when logged in as an administrator or as a person entitled to see the Canteen modul.
In the top drop-down menu there are 'Module settings (Administration)' of the Canteen module.
In the 'Order cancellation, Order placement, Changing the menu' section you can set the time (day and hour) for order cancellation / order selection / menu change, also separately for payer type and for single meals or for the whole day.
Cancel order by boarder
The next picture shows logged in student Emma Adams's view on the 25 of June 2018 at 4:00 p.m.
By clicking the "Order" or "Cancel" button, the student can order or cancel lunch again.
Overview of cancelled boarders
In this overview you can also cancel order for the student or remove cancelled order.
In the example in the picture, the administrator wants to cancel the order (1.) to the student Patrick Bell from the 4.A class. In the dialog box, you can start writing the name in the empty box or click the 'Add more users' button (2.) and first select the class (3.) and then click the student name (4.). Finally, the green buttons 'Ok' and 'Save changes' must be confirmed in all opened dialogs.
