In the beginning school defines payment plans (e.g. Tuition fee, Swimming). These payment plans consist of fees, that students have to pay. (e.g. Payment plan for swimming can consist of fees for every month). After defining payment plans with fees, school assigns payment plans to selected students, so these students are obligated to pay fees of the plan.
To create a new payment plan, in payment module's top menu select 'Payment plans' and click on '+ add payment plan' button.
In a dialog for a new payment plan define, name of the payment plan (e.g. Tuition fees) and fees (e.g. for the 1st and 2nd halfyear).
click on '+ Add'
