Teacher - Creating a cash collection for a school activity (on the web)

A class teacher can easily create and manage a collection when they are planning a visit to the cinema or to the theater with students.

• Parents will automatically receive a message - both on the web and in the mobile application - that the student is supposed to bring money for collection.

• You have a quick overview of who has already paid. If any of the parents have not paid yet - they keep seeing your note next to grades, you do not have to send them a reminder.

Click the 'Payments' field on the Home screen.

Create a new collection by clicking on the green '+' button.

Type in the title of the collection and the amount to collect. Click the green 'Next' button in the bottom right corner.

E.g., you make a collection of 5 EUR in class 4.A for the cinema performance.

Select the closing date for the collection.

Select the 'Paid in cash' option.

Here you can select all students with one click or select individual students from the class (e.g., if you know that someone does not participate in the event).

After selection of students you can see the number of students obliged to pay and the total sum due at the top of the collection screen, right under the name of the collection.
Finally, click on the green 'Save' button in the bottom right corner.

Now, you have a new collection created in your payments.

In the collection you will easily record the students who pay you.
Click on the student's names and press the green 'Mark as paid' button.

At the top of the collection screen, right under the name of the collection, you can see:
the amount already received / total amount collected and (the amount still to be collected).

Also, in the 'Payments' view, you can see the amount you have already received of the total to be collected and how much you still expect to collect.

Your collection is finished after collecting money from all students.
