ID code (variable symbol) helps to identify payments received to school bank account. The system detects the code and automatically assigns the payment to the specific user. Every user (student, teacher, guest boarder) can have only one unique ID code.

The user's ID code (variable symbol) can be defined in the "Users" section.

  • Mass assignment of ID codes
  • In the "Users" section it is easy to filter only students without an assigned variable symbol:

You can select all students (as shown in the picture) and you can choose from one option from the following:

    a) Ref. ID - variable symbol generated by system
the generated numbers are random (they will not be in line 1, 2, 3 ...).

    b) Ref. ID - variable symbol generated by system is the card number from asc Agenda

    c) Ref. ID imported from Excel
If you already use some variable symbols you can import these from Excel. There is need to have prepared the table - list of users names, class and ID numbers and you can just copy this table to the window shown after selection of this option ('Ctrl+C' a 'Ctrl+V').

The important step is to save the changes (4.).
If you need to delete the variable symbols there is also option to do it in one step.

  • Individual assignment of ID code to a single student

  • The user can be assigned an ID code by clicking the 'variable symbol' field and typing the ID number. Save your changes.
